The standard: use Nurseal to learn, check your understanding, and practice reasoning. Never use it to obtain or recreate secure exam content, misrepresent AI work, or bypass the rules of a school, employer, regulator, or testing organization.
1. Independent NCLEX-style practice
Nurseal is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN, Pearson VUE, any nursing regulatory body, or any nursing school. NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN®, and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of NCSBN.
Nurseal generates original NCLEX-style practice from authorized study material. It does not provide official questions, recalled questions, leaked questions, secure test-bank items, or a prediction of what will appear on an examination.
2. Never submit secure examination content
Do not type, upload, request, reconstruct, share, or sell:
- questions or answers remembered from an NCLEX or another secure examination;
- screenshots, recordings, notes, or reconstructions from a testing session;
- stolen, leaked, or access-controlled test banks;
- material supplied under a confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation.
3. Use only authorized learning material
Upload only notes, slides, books, flashcards, images, or other material you created, purchased with processing rights, received permission to use, or may otherwise lawfully process. Buying access to a book or course does not automatically grant permission to redistribute it or turn it into a commercial question bank.
4. Follow your institution's AI rules
Schools, instructors, clinical programs, employers, and licensing bodies may restrict AI use. Their rules control your conduct. Do not submit Nurseal output as original work, use it during a prohibited assessment, or conceal its use where disclosure is required.
5. Protect patients and clinical confidentiality
Never enter patient names, dates of birth, medical-record numbers, photographs, identifiable case details, or other protected/confidential clinical information. De-identifying a case requires more than removing a name; when in doubt, do not upload it.
6. Verify before learning from an answer
AI can sound confident and still be wrong. Compare important rationales, medications, dosages, labs, procedures, and safety rules against current authoritative sources and your instructors. Report questionable output rather than memorizing it.
7. No clinical use or guaranteed result
Nurseal is for education only. It is not a clinical decision tool and must not guide patient care. Practice scores are not official readiness determinations, and no score, recommendation, or adaptive estimate guarantees that you will pass an exam.
8. Enforcement
Access may be limited or terminated when use appears to involve secure exam content, infringement, patient information, cheating, resale, security abuse, or other violations of these standards or the Terms of Use.
